PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a holder, which can be easily attached and detached, does not incline right and left, forward and backward, and can be held on a holding surface in good appearance, and a structure of holder parts, though an effort to hold an object to be held on a holding surface in good appearance makes a holder to hold the object to be held, as represented by a wall-mounting device, more difficult to attach and detach. SOLUTION: The holder includes holding parts (H) fastened to a holding surface, a holding structure (J) present in an object to be held and a clearance holding member or a clearance holder which holds at a place apart from the holding structure, and can be easily attached and detached and can hold a position and an inclining condition, a clearance is large enough to allow fingers to go into the rear surface at the lower end of the object to be held in a holding condition is set. When the clearance holder is a locking holder, the holder can be more easily attached and detached, and does not come off even if hit by an earthquake or impact, and can be held in good appearance.
