PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which comprises a thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester and talc and/or glass-based filler, and inhibits the production of an out gas. SOLUTION: This thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition obtained by melt-kneading 100 pts.mass of a thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester and 5 to 100 pts.mass of a talk- and/or glass-based filler surface-treated with aluminum oxide.
