PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a suspension structure coaxially holding a shock absorber and a coil spring to a vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: A positioning support 26 is provided, which has a cylinder portion 27 capable of fitting with the inside of an upper end portion of a coil spring 2, forms a throat portion 29 capable of fitting with a downward projecting portion of a mount 9 on an upper surface by expanding the upper end of the cylinder portion 27 outward, and has a flange portion 28 having a lower surface abutting on an upper end surface of the coil spring 2. Furthermore, on an outer peripheral surface portion of a retainer 24, a positioning abut portion 33 abutting on an inner surface of the throat portion 29 of the positioning support 26 wherein the cylinder portion 27 is fitted with the inside of the upper end portion of the coil spring 2 is formed.
