PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having a semiconductor material which is stable and solution-processable and which will not exert any adverse influence on a performance of the device caused by ambient oxygen. SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a semiconductor material containing components represented by the Formula (I) where R represents alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, heteroaryl or hydrocarbon; respective R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are independently hydrogen (H), hydrocarbon, a heteroatom containing group or halogen; respective R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>are independently hydrocarbon, a heteroatom containing group, or a halogen; x and y represent the number of groups; Z represents sulfur, oxygen, selenium, or NR' (R' is hydrogen, alkyl, or aryl); and n and m represent the number of repeating units.
