A computer system with a computer functionally connected to a display and comprising a graphical design tool, the design tool comprising a user interface on the display with a data entry form and a preview panel, the data entry form having predefined fields for alphanumeric data entry by a user through a functionally connected keyboard, the preview panel being linked to the data entry form for presenting data in dependence of the data in the fields of the data entry form, the design tool further comprising a graphics generator programmed to convert the data from the fields into a dynamic graphical template in the preview panel in real time with an update of the template each time data are entered into the data entry form, the design tool being programmed to allocate space for a graphical data representation in the template of the data from a specific field only in the case that data have been entered into the specific field.
