A riverbed scour protection and fish pass equipped weir is provided to let fishes living in the lower reaches of a river move to the upper reaches without obstruction of river water by reducing the velocity of river water flowing from the upper reaches to the lower reaches, to let small fishes living in the lower reaches of a river live and spawn in a water tank safely without the influence of rapid river water, and to prevent the breaking of a weir and riverbed scour against high water pressure of river water by increasing bearing capacity using a water tank installed on the upper stream. A riverbed scour protection and fish pass equipped weir(100) comprises a concrete foundation(10) installed on the bottom of a river(1), a fixing frame(20) erected on the upper stream at the foundation and provided with many block binding holes and many tension hooks, many unit blocks(30-2,30-2,30-3,30-4,30-5) piled on the foundation in multistage to decrease the velocity of river water flowing from the upper reaches of a river to the lower reaches and provided with movement guide grooves(31-2,31-3,31-4) filled with water to let fishes of the lower reaches stay and move to the upper reaches, a water tank(40) installed on the upper stream at the backside of the unit blocks at a certain distance and provided with a space inward to let fishes of the lower reaches live and a passage(41) connected with the lower reaches of a river, a tension device(50) tensing and binding the fixing frame and the water tank, and a soil layer(60) put on the tension device and the water tank at the backside of the unit blocks and tamped to be inclined upward at the upper side to protect the fixing frame and the water tank and to form the upper side environment-friendlily. |
