An improved timbering is provided to install and dismantle a form, to stand without any additional auxiliary device, to be adjustable in height at need and to support a beam and a slab simultaneously, and an installation structure of a form using a self-standing type improved timbering is provided to install and dismantle a form easily without using a fastener such as a nail or a piece, to regulate the installation area at need and to strip off a general form and a filler form separately. An improved timbering(100) includes a main post(110) transferring the load of a form to the bottom, a connecting post(120) coupled to the top of the main post and provided with a male thread to be adjustable in height using a length adjuster(160) to adjust the whole height of the timbering, a primary connection(130) coupled to the top of the connecting post and attached with brackets in a straight line, a secondary connection(140) coupled with the connecting post to move vertically along the outer circumferential surface of the connecting post under the primary connection and attached with brackets in the perpendicular directions to the brackets of the primary connection, and a top adjuster(150) fitted to the connecting post, located on the lower part of the secondary connection and provided with a female thread to couple with the connecting post to turn clockwise or counterclockwise and to rotate vertically. An installation structure of a form using a self-standing type improved timbering includes an improved timbering provided with a fitting pipe, a fixing plate and a support plate and stood without a separate support member, primary slab form reinforcing beams and secondary slab form reinforcing beams fitted to brackets of primary and secondary connections respectively and installed parallel to each other, and a slab form board fitted to a rectangular frame formed by connecting the primary and secondary slab form reinforcing beams.
