A digital display system designed to lie mounted on the exterior of a motorized vehicle, such as the front bumper of an automobile (see figure 1) . The digital display system includes a monitor disposed within a frame secured to the vehicle. A controller is disposed within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The controller interfaces with the monitor and includes removable memory for storing the data image files to be displayed on the monitor.
