A folding processing structure of a panel and a processing method thereof are provided to reduce a thickness of a front panel on which a folding process is made to improve the exterior thereof and to reduce the weight thereof. Plural cutting recesses(11) are formed on both sides of the upper surface of a body panel, to make a first division panel(10') and a second division panel(10"). A membrane film is attached to the rear surface of the body panel. The thickness(H1) of the first division panel and the second division panel that are divided from the body panel by a cutting recess(11) is smaller than the thickness(H) of the body panel. A flat surface(13) having a predetermined width is formed on an upper part of the first division panel that constitutes a side surface at the time of a folding process. A vertical surface(13a) is formed on an upper part of a side wall of the body panel.
