<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately decide that the temperature control of food is properly performed, and that freshness is held, and to specify a section where temperature control has been improperly performed in a distribution process. <P>SOLUTION: This indicator holder 31 for freshness information detection is configured so that a low temperature control indicator 30 which changes by expanding due to the lapse of time and ambient temperature can be interposed so as to be added to the package of food for use for detecting freshness information to be transmitted to a freshness information management server 10 which manages freshness information, wherein at least a portion of an interposition face which receives a pressure from the interposed low temperature indicator 30 is formed of pressure sensitive materials which emit the rays of light according to a pressure received from the low temperature indicator 30. When the light emitting characteristics of the pressure sensitive materials are detected as freshness information with predetermined distribution points by a freshness information detection device 25 which detects freshness information to be transmitted to the freshness information management server 10, this indicator holder 31 outputs holder information to be transmitted with the freshness information to the freshness information management server 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
