<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of wet type granulation, reducing the adding amount of a granulation solvent added during the wet type granulation so as to enable the shortening of working time such as granulation time and drying time. <P>SOLUTION: This method of wet type granulation is provided by putting-in mixed powdery materials containing a fiber-based excipient into a hermetically closed wet type granulation machine pressurized by ≥0.1 MPa, adding 0.4 to 0.6 pt.mass solvent based on 1 pt.mass fiber-based excipient and wet-granulating the mixed powdery materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
