<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oven capable of being prepared as compact, being used by piling up in a multiple number in a good efficiency, also having a high strength, capable of taking a large heat accumulation and large amount of far infrared light radiation and also improved with heat insulation. <P>SOLUTION: This oven 11 is constituted by a ceiling surface part 12 having a rectangular flat surface form, a flat surface-formed left and right side wall surface parts 13 and a rear side wall surface part 14 formed as one unit with the ceiling surface part 12 and an opening part 15 for putting dough in and out, with ceramics. At the opening part 15, a falling part 18 having a lintel form from the ceiling surface part 12 side is formed as one unit as opposing the rear side wall surface part 14.
