METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR LEVELLING POWER LOAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level a power load at a low cost using a battery for a vehicle such as an electric vehicle being used for commuting but not in use during peak power demand in the daytime.

SOLUTION: The electric power stored in the battery is discharged during peak power demand in a business place of a power consumer receiving electric power supplied from a power supply company to level a power load. Each battery of a plurality of vehicles is charged during non-peak power demand at a business place or using midnight power of each vehicle owner and the electric power stored in the charged vehicle battery is discharged during peak power demand at a business place.
