PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system variously setting a security level while facilitating the setting of the security level. SOLUTION: In a dwelling house 10, a wireless LAN access point 15 that is a relay point of radio waves is provided on a LAN cable 11. An entrance door 18 is provided with an electric lock 21, and locking and unlocking control of the electric lock 21 is made by an electric lock controller 22. An infrared communication device 24 is set near the entrance door outside the dwelling house 10. The electric lock controller 22 is communicable with an operation terminal 16 by the two radio communication means of wireless LAN communication and infrared communication, and the security level is changed according to the communication state of wireless LAN communication and infrared communication.
