PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament winding apparatus capable of winding fiber bundles uniform in thickness around the surface of a rotary member. SOLUTION: The filament winding apparatus is constituted so as to wind fiber bundles F, each of which is formed by bundling a plurality of fiber bundles (f), around a work (rotary member) 16 while rotating the work 16 and equipped with a plurality of bobbins (fiber supply bodies) B and a roller 50 for sending out the fiber bundles (f) to the work 16 from the bobbins B.
