PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce data to meet the intention of a data distribution side. SOLUTION: In a data reproducing device 100, an acquiring part 201 acquires content data such as images, sound, and texts to be reproduced and acquires header information storing the amount and number of another kind of content data to be simultaneously reproduced. A determining part 202 determines whether or not another kind of content data exists, which is to be simultaneously reproduced with the acquired content data. A reproducing part 203 singly starts the reproduction of the content data acquired by the acquiring part 201 or starts the reproduction in parallel with the content data to be simultaneously reproduced as one reproduction set when the content data to be simultaneously reproduced exists, based on the determination result by the determining part 202.
