PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen mask for cream solder that allows an electronic component to be highly densely mounted onto a circuit board when applying cream solder to the circuit board. SOLUTION: The screen mask 100 for cream solder is provided with each circular opening 110 which allows the cream solder to pass through to the circuit board side, at each part corresponding to each rectangular pad 310 arranged at a part (210) on the circuit board where the electronic component 200 is soldered. One opening 110 is provided to one pad. The diameter 2r of the opening 110 is smaller than the longitudinal length L of the pad 310, and larger than a length (W) in the short side direction.
