PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small or very small fuse, along with its manufacturing method, which is excellent in instantaneous blown nature and is suitable as a printed board mounting type fuse. SOLUTION: The fuse is provided with a porous resin film comprising a plurality of through holes running in thickness direction from one surface to the other surface, a fuse layer formed on the inner surface of each through hole, a connection conductor which is provided at least on one surface of the porous resin film and connects the fuse layers in series or in parallel, and two electrodes that are provided at both ends of the porous resin film and connected to two fuse layers, through the connection conductor, closest to both ends among the fuse layers.
