PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of floor plates made of a plastic material to be temporarily laid at construction site etc., provided with a structure resistant to repetitive stress, and having such a self-weight as to be carried by human hands that such conventional floor plates made of such type of material have easily yielded to repetitive stress, been curved, and tended to be separated from an installed location due to their light self-weight especially when their peripheries are turned upward in the presence of strong winds. SOLUTION: A floor plate to be laid at a construction site is provided with at least two regions of a soft member 2, a relatively soft plastic region, and a hard member 1, a relatively hard plastic region. In the hard member 1 and the soft member 2, the hard member 1 is constituted in such a way as to have both a sufficiently great volume ratio and a sufficiently great area ratio, and the soft member 2 is constituted in such a way as to surround the hard member 1.
