PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping instrument which can improve workability at the time of connection of a pilot hose, which can protect each hydraulic sensor, a floor element provided with it, working machinery provided with it, and a piping method of the working machinery. SOLUTION: A plurality of first connection parts 26, a plurality of second connection parts 27, a third connection part 28, and a through passage 29 are formed on a block body 20. A plurality of first hoses 16, which are extended from a remote control valve 15, can be connected to the first connection parts 26 by being arranged in the right-and-left direction while being directed to the front in a state that an attachment part 21 is attached to a floor plate 3. Then a plurality of second hoses 17, which are extended from a control valve 5, can be connected to the second connection parts 27 by being arranged in the right-and-left direction while being directed to the rear. A plurality of pressure sensors 19 can be connected to the third connection part 28 by being arranged in the right-and-left direction while being directed to a lower position. The through passage 29 can be connected to the first piping 16, the second piping 17 and the pressure sensors 19 which are connected to the connection parts 26, 27, 28 respectively for each pair which consists of the connection parts 26 to 28.
