PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a column base part and its construction method enabling a column base joining part to guarantee ultimate yield strength of a colum member, capable of improving workability, capable of reducing cost by reducing an excavation quantity and a concrete quantity, and capable of shortening a construction period. SOLUTION: The joining structure of the column base part 2a is formed for joining the column base part 2a of the column member 2 built on a concrete body 3 to the concrete body 3, and has a column base joining member 1 having an outer steel pipe 4 out-fitted with a clearance to the column base part 2a, a diaphragm 5 fixed to the upper end of the outer steel pipe 4 and having a hole 5a for inserting the column base part 2a, and anchor materials 6, etc. fixed to the outer steel pipe 4 or the diaphragm 5 and anchored in the concrete body 3.
