PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing sheet capable of restraining an increase in manufacturing cost, even when having the function such as a humidity adjustment. SOLUTION: The curing sheet 30 is composed of a paper sheet material including charcoal powder 38 only in an intermediate layer between an upper layer 33 and a lower layer 34 of a paper base material 32. The sheet material is desirably crepe paper manufactured without using an adhesive, by arranging the charcoal powder only in the intermediate layer of the paper base material in a paper combing process, and is desirably put in a folded state after being cut in advance in a rectangular shape of a predetermined dimension.
