PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form separator usable for injecting a water cut-off material. SOLUTION: This form separator A is used for constructing a concrete underground wall C, and holds a form at an optional interval from the ground G side, and has a cylindrical part 1 of a substantially cylindrical shape having the tip 1a arranged on the ground G side, a bar-shaped separator part having one end detachably connected to a connecting part 1d on the rear end 1c of the cylindrical part 1, and a positioning part detachably connected to the other end side of the separator part and holding the form. A delivery hole 1e is arranged on the tip 1a side of the cylindrical part 1 for delivering the water cut-off material injected between the ground G side and the underground wall C.
