PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage treatment device which is low in cost, simple in structure, high in mobility, and contributes to improved maintenance. SOLUTION: The sewage treatment device is formed of: a container 8 which consists of a bottom plate 2, a front plate 3 fixed to the bottom plate 2, a front leg 4, a rear leg 6 with a roller 5, and an engaging member 7 fixed to the front plate 3, and is unloadably loadable on an automobile 100 with a container attaching/detaching device; a Western-style toilet set 9 and a urinal set 10 erected on the bottom plate 2; a hand-washing device 11 set on the bottom plate 2, a discharge member 13 for discharging sewage from the Western-style toilet set 9, the urinal set 10, and the hand-washing device 11; a through hole 14 formed in the bottom plate 2 to communicate with the discharge member 13; and a feed water device 15 for feeding water to the Western-style toilet set 9 etc. The discharge member 13 consists of a plurality of discharge pipes 16a to 16e which are then converged to a collective pipe 17. Then an axially expandable/contractible expansion pipe 19 is attached to the collective pipe 17, and an annular weight 20 is fixed to the expansion pipe 19, followed by providing an opening/closing member 21 of a slide structure for the through hole 14 for opening/closing the same.
