PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating container which reduces unevenness of a low-temperature holding by a medium for cooling of a contents in the container, and can prevent the contents at the lower side from being crushed. SOLUTION: The container is composed of a main body part 11 and a lid part 12, and a bag-shape sheet material 21 connoting a foam resin plate 23 is assembled in a box-shape. An aluminum deposited film 22 is provided in an inner part side of the sheet material 21. A plurality of heat insulating pockets 30 capable of storing a medium for cooling are disposed in the inner part of the container, and the contents in the container are cooled down from a plurality of directions. Since one or more partition members 40 composed of a net part 41 and a plate 42 disposed in a middle part of the net part are detachably suspended from the vicinity of the upper edge part opposed to a main body part 11 to a container inner part, a cold air of the medium for cooling is widely contacted to the contents in the inner part of the container, the temperature rise of the contents is suppressed and the crushing of the contents can be prevented.
