PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle manufacturing method capable of detecting any abnormality directly related to water leakage before a completion test step. SOLUTION: Panel parts are formed of a thin plate in a pressing step 11, the obtained panel parts are joined with each other in a welding step 12, any distortion and deformation exceeding reference ones are repaired by a repairing step 13, an obtained white body is subjected to the coating in a coating step 14 and dried, and the coated boy is inspected in an intermediate inspection step 15.
