PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device capable of adjusting only a position in the fore-and-aft direction without changing its height. SOLUTION: The seat device attached to a body frame with a maneuvering means located in front is equipped with a seat supporting means having a horizontal lever elongating horizontally along the fore-and-aft direction when it is mounted to the body frame and a seat means having a seat body and installed on the seat supporting means in such a manner as being slidable along a horizontal bar.
