PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydraulic pressure transfer body in which the adhesiveness and the weatherability or others of a transfer layer and a body to be transferred of the obtained hydraulic pressure transfer body are superior without using an organic solvent as an activating agent. SOLUTION: The body to be transferred and a film are sunk into water and the transfer layer is brought into close contact with the film and transferred to the same by hydraulic pressure, while pushing and pressing a body to be transferred to a transferring layer of a hydraulic pressure transfer film having a support body film comprising a water soluble resin or a water swellable resin and the transfer layer soluble in the organic solvent arranged on the support body film and floating on a water surface such that the support film faces downward and in which the transfer layer is activated by the activating agent, thereafter the support film is removed and dried to obtain the hydraulic pressure transfer body in the manufacturing method. Further, the activating agent comprises a thermosetting composition or a curable composition using both heat and light in the manufacturing method of the hydraulic pressure transfer body and the hydraulic pressure transfer body.
