PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively producing a laminate for a tire member which can be used appropriately as an inner liner etc., possible to be thinned and a tire manufacturing method in which the laminate obtained by the method is used as the inner liner. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the laminate in which a layer (A) including at least a resin film layer and a rubber-like elastomer layer (B) are joined together through an adhesive layer (C), the adhesive layer (C) is manufactured in advance, and the adhesive layer (C) is transferred to overlie the layer (A). The elastomer layer (B) is laminated on the adhesive layer (C), or the adhesive layer (C) is transferred to overlie the elastomer layer (B), and the layer (A) including at least the resin film layer is bonded on the adhesive layer (C).
