PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing lure hardly floating up to the water surface, enabling the change of the movement of the lure to appear on the line easily, and enabling the change of ripples to be recognized easily. SOLUTION: The fishing lure 1 has a line hole 4 at the front edge 2 side of a slender plate-shaped body and a hook hole 5 at the rear end 3 side. The line hole 4 and the hook hole 5 are formed on the center line 6 of the plate-shaped body in the longitudinal direction, and the plate-shaped body has bulge bent in one direction in the thickness direction. The most bulged part 16 of the bulge is positioned at the position near to the front edge 2 on the center line 6 in the longitudinal direction, and the width is decreased from the front edge 2 to the rear edge 3. The front edge 2 side of the plate-shaped body has a pair of protrusion parts 7a and 7b bent in the same direction as the side having the bulge in the thickness direction. The protrusion parts 7a and 7b are nearly symmetrical based on the center line 6 in the longitudinal direction, and the tips 17 thereof are present at the front parts from the line hole 4.
