METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING CANCER USING CANCER-RELATED DELETION GENE MARKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing cancer by detecting the deletion or mutation of a cancer-related gene or the expression level abnormality of the gene through finding the gene. SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing cancer, especially lung cancer, comprises the step of detecting the deletion of each gene in a specimen using a DNA containing part or the whole of GMDS gene, ANKRD15 gene, TEK gene or EB12 gene.
