PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic boom-supporting device in a working machine which makes a boom widely overlap a working machine body to fall down so as to enable easy transfer of the working machine by a track. SOLUTION: The telescopic boom-supporting device in a working machine has the following structure: a boom trunk 5 is provided with a telescopic boom 4 slidably connected to sub booms 6, 7; a boom bracket 11 is integrally connected to the longitudinal midway of the boom trunk 5; an upper part supporting point pin P2 having an axis center in a crosswise direction of the working machine body 3 is installed at the center upper part of the working machine body 3; the boom bracket 11 is rotatably connected to the upper supporting point pin P2; a bracket cylinder 12 rotating the boom bracket 11 centering the upper part supporting point pin P2 is installed; the upper part supporting point pin P2 is installed at the upper end part of a link arm 13 connected to the working machine body 3 so as to be allowed to stand and fall; and a link arm cylinder 14 rotating the link arm 13 in a standing or falling direction is installed.
