The power radiator has a cooling plate (1) provided for laminar contact with electronic power components (4a, 4b) e.g. insulated gate bipolar transistor component of an inverter, where ends (2) of fins (Al, Cu) are inserted into the cooling plate. The fins (Al) exhibit a heat conductive material different from the fins (Cu), where the material of the fins (Al) exhibits aluminium or plastic, and the material of the fins (Cu) exhibits copper or carbon material with higher heat conductivity. The ends of the part of the fins (Cu) are arranged below contact surfaces for supporting the components. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement with a power radiator.
