An interlayer floor structure of an apartment house is provided to cut off noise and vibration by securing an air layer and a gap and to reduce the time and cost required for construction by placing an interlayer noise prevention member on a floor slab and forming a heating pipeline and a finishing mortar layer, thereby reducing the thickness of concrete for a floor. An interlayer floor structure(100) of an apartment house comprises a floor concrete slab as a structure between the upper and lower floors of an apartment house formed to a thickness of 120~180mm by mixing aggregate having the specific gravity of 2.65 such as river sand and river gravel with cement paste, an internal/external wall(120) formed as a structure separating a space and a space of an apartment house, an interlayer noise prevention member(130) formed by attaching supports(133) and absorbing plates(135) to a board(131) to form air layers(137) and to cut off noise and vibration, a gap formation member(140) formed to be same as the board of the interlayer noise prevention member and removed after placing and curing a heating pipeline and a finishing mortar layer on the top of the interlayer noise prevention member to form a gap(g) between the internal/external wall and the interlayer noise prevention member, and, the internal/external wall and a finishing mortar layer, a heating pipeline(150) installed on the interlayer noise prevention member for heating an apartment house, a finishing mortar layer(160) formed by placing cement mortar around the heating pipeline to a thickness of 40~50mm, and a floor decorative layer(170) formed on the finishing mortar layer with decorative materials. |
