A pastry dough layer conveying apparatus is provided to minimize deformation of the dough in the course of conveying and to distribute fat or oil inside the pastry dough evenly. A pastry dough layer conveying apparatus(100) includes: a body, a shuttle driving device, a shuttle mechanism, and a belt conveyor. The shuttle mechanism is constituted of a shuttle(400) driven by the shuttle driving device to reciprocate a dough(D); a linear block(410) installed at both sides of the shuttle; a linear rail(420) connected to the linear block; a clamp(430) provided to one side of the shuttle to be coupled with a timing belt(330); a conveyor roller(440); and a fixed roller(450) provided at a front portion of the shuttle. The body is constituted of a height-adjustable frame(200), and a support plate(210) installed at both sides of the frame. |
