<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teapot capable of extracting a tea with favorable color, flavor and taste despite of a small amount of hot water and extracting the tea with less deterioration in the color, the flavor and the taste even at a second extraction or later. <P>SOLUTION: This teapot 1 includes an opening part 12 for supplying tea leaves and liquid from the outside, a spout 7 for pouring the liquid to the outside, a tea strainer 6 dividing the inside of the teapot into the opening part side and the spout side, a first hot water sump 3 provided in the opening part side relative to the tea strainer, and a second hot water sump 2 provided on the spout side relative to the tea strainer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
