<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete in a collective report of an address change in the case of a move or the like by reporting procedures about an address change and transfer of ownership to one office, and also to change banking agencies collectively concerning the payment method to service providers of electricity, gas, city water and telephone and so on at one's new address. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes: a customer information database 2 for storing customer information such as names of customers 1, transaction company names by each item of service providers 7, and banking agencies 9 of transactions for settlement of payment to the service providers 7; a transfer information receiving means 5 for receiving the transfer information to be changed by a running and management company 3; a change registration means 4 for creating report information to be reported to the authorities office such as the service provider 7 and the banking agencies 9, and transmitting the customer transfer information to each authorities office to give a report in place of the customer 1; and a payment method registration means 6 for reporting a payment method such as payment to a bank to the transaction banking agencies 9 in place of the customer 1 by the running and management company 3 receiving the customer transfer information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
