<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable varnish which controls the bleeding of a photopolymerization initiator, its decomposition product, a sensitizer and other compositions in printed matter, smells little and prevents the deterioration of the hardness of the cured film and the curability. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable varnish comprises a resin, a monomer and a photopolymerization initiator as expresses by the general formula shown in the figure.
