PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing control device for an internal combustion engine capable of obtaining a specified torque even if ignition timing is changed when a knock occurs. SOLUTION: The ignition timing control device 100 is provided with a knock detecting means 16 detecting the knock of the internal combustion engine, an ignition means 15 igniting air-fuel mixture in a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine, a crank angle detecting means 17 detecting a crank angle of the internal combustion engine, a tumble strength changing means 4 changing a strength of a tumble flow of intake air in the combustion chamber, and a control means 7 controlling the ignition means so that the ignition timing by the ignition means is established on a lag angle side of a crank when the knock is detected by the knock detecting means and controlling the tumble strength changing means so that the strength of the tumble flow is increased when the knock is detected even in the case where the ignition timing is established at the prescribed crank angle.
