PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively producing a foamed resin-extruded body with an embossed surface without the occurrence of defective molding. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the foamed resin-extruded body, a plasticated foamed thermoplastic resin is extruded by an extrusion mold to be molded. The surface of the foamed resin-extruded body is embossed by an embossing roll set in a resin passage in a cooling sizing apparatus. Next, the surface is molded by a smoothing roll set in the passage in the cooling sizing apparatus, and it is drawn out from the cooling sizing apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
