摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable individual suction of a nozzle unit in relation to a liquid droplet discharging apparatus. SOLUTION: Each suction opening 504 has an approximately square with four corner parts being R. Long sides 504A are a little narrower in width than the interval M of rows of nozzles 122, and short sides 504B are a little narrower in width than the interval d of lines. When seen in the conveying direction A (the direction orthogonal to the row direction B) for a recording paper P, each suction opening 504 covers the nozzle row of each nozzle 122 arranged in the row direction C (one nozzle row is covered by one suction opening 504). The suction openings 504 like this are arranged in a row in the line direction B. Therefore, when the wiping blade 500 is wiped in the conveying direction A for the recording paper P (the direction orthogonal to the line direction B) like a wiping blade 500 indicated by an imaginary line in a figure, it is possible to cover each only one nozzle 122 by each suction opening 504.
