PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplitude adjustment circuit capable of correcting a variance in a signal amplitude caused by fluctuations in a power source voltage. SOLUTION: An amplitude adjustment circuit 12 comprises an input circuit 41 of a differential circuit for receiving an input signal, an output circuit 41 for differentially outputting the signal input to the input signal 41, a first adjustment circuit 43 for adjusting a variance in the amplitude of the input signal caused by the power source voltage or the like, and a second adjustment circuit 44 for adjusting the fluctuations in the amplitude of the input signal caused by an element variance.
