PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speaker diaphragm for use in acoustic equipment, a speaker, and an electronic apparatus and a device, and to achieve a speaker diaphragm having water resistance inexpensively. SOLUTION: When a paper diaphragm is made, it is impregnated with water repellent composed of fluororesin and then moisture is evaporated by hot press. Since the speaker diaphragm 27 is impregnated instantly with water repellent composed of fluororesin up to the interior, water resistance of the speaker diaphragm 27 is enhanced and the cost can be reduced by shortening the time of water-repellent processing.
