PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic instrument which is used together with an endoscope. SOLUTION: This instrument is equipped with a thin and long tube having a distal end and a proximal end, an end effector which is attached to the distal end of the thin and long tube, and a handle which is attached to the proximal end. The handle is equipped with a means which attaches the instrument to a first vacuum source. In addition, the handle is equipped with a second vacuum source for amplifying the first vacuum source which is integrated with the handle.
