PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip member, simply locking a body to be locked when stretching and fastening a surface material in a cushion member, and surely locking the body to be locked and stably keeping the locking state even if the line of a sewing part of the surface material has a curved shape. SOLUTION: This clip member is the clip member 1 for stretching the facing material 11 in the cushion member 13 and stopping the same. The clip member 1 includes: an applied part 2 applied to one member; a locking space part 5 for locking the body 15 to be locked; and an inlet passage 6 for introducing the body 15 to be locked into the locking space part 5, wherein the inlet passage 6 has a communicating part 6a communicating with the locking space part 5; an opening 6b opened at the end face; and an inlet space part 6c connecting the communicating part 6a to the opening part 6b, and the inlet passage 6 is disposed in a torsional position relationship relative to the longitudinal direction of the locking space part 5.
