PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-carcinogenic aqueous corrosion-resistant primer containing no chromate. SOLUTION: The aqueous corrosion-preventive primer composition is formulated from an aqueous resin series, a hardening agent to be optionally contained and a corrosion preventive additive containing no chromate. The corrosion-preventive additive containing no chromate contains at least one of an anodic corrosion preventive and a cathodic corrosion preventive, and a metal complexing agent. The metal complexing agent increases the solubility of at least one of the anodic corrosion preventive and the cathodic corrosion preventive. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
