The component has two thermosensitive heat-resistance units (11a, 11b) with two segments, respectively, where each of the heat-resistance units generates heat. Wiring parts (21, 22, 31, 32) are connected with the units, and the segments of the heat-resistance units are arranged relative to a direction perpendicular to a flow direction of a fluid. One of the segments is spaced from the other segment at a distance relative to the flow direction. The distance is increased in a corresponding manner for increasing the temperature of a surface of the two segments.
