<p>A radiation sensitive composition for forming a colored layer, a color filter having a colored layer formed by using the composition, and a colored liquid crystal display device containing the color filter are provided to improve storage stability, to prevent the generation of the defect of pattern terminal part or undercut even in case of low exposure amount and to enhance solvent resistance and adhesion. A radiation sensitive composition comprises a colorant; an alkali-soluble resin; a multifunctional monomer; and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the alkali-soluble resin comprises a copolymer comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an unsaturated carboxylic anhydride and an unsaturated phenol compound, an unsaturated compound having an alicyclic carbon-ring structure, and an unsaturated compound having an oxetane ring structure.</p> |
