<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device and a ventilation device using the same capable of reducing the inflow of cold air from the outside to the inside of a house, while keeping operability of the shutter device even when the ventilation device is installed at a high position. <P>SOLUTION: In this shutter device and the ventilation device, a movable shutter portion 50 extends downward from a movable portion 51 through an opening portion 4g for an operating portion, formed at a lower part of a cover portion 4, and has the operating portion 52 gripped in rotating and operating the movable portion 51, and an opening portion shielding wall 53 for shielding the opening portion 4g for the operating portion while moving with the operating portion 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
