<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately decide that the temperature control of food is properly performed, and that freshness is maintained, and to specify a section where temperature control has been improperly performed in a distribution process. <P>SOLUTION: In starting the use of an indicator holder 31, a freshness information management server 10 updates and stores the number of times of use of the indicator holder 31, and calculates the use fee of the indicator holder 31 according to the stored number of times of use of the indicator holder 31.
